INGREDIENTS

210G HEROTEIN CHICKEN PATTY
½ RED PAPRIKA (CHOPPED)
½ YELLOW PAPRIKA (CHOPPED)
100G PINEAPPLE (CHOPPED)
40G TOMATO SAUCE
POTATO STARCH
5G WHITE VINEGAR
SALT
SUGAR

COOKING STEPS


STEP 1:

STIR-FRY THE PAPRIKA AND SET IT ASIDE.

STEP 2:

DEEP-FRY THE HEROTEIN CHICKEN PATTY UNTIL CRISPY AND GOLDEN YELLOW. DRAIN THE OIL, DICE IT AND SET ASIDE.

STEP 3:

MIX AND COOK THE TOMATO SAUCE, WHITE VINEGAR, POTATO STARCH AND WATER.

STEP 4:

ADD THE PAPRIKA, DICED HEROTEIN CHICKEN PATTY AND ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS. STIR-FRY UNTIL THE HEROTEIN CHICKEN PATTY IS FULLY COATED BY THE SAUCE.
