INGREDIENTS

300G HERO CHICKEN
½ RED PAPRIKA (CHOPPED)
½ YELLOW PAPRIKA (CHOPPED)
100G PINEAPPLE (CHOPPED)
40G TOMATO SAUCE
SWEET POTATO STARCH
POTATO STARCH
5G WHITE VINEGAR
1 VEGAN EGG
SALT
SUGAR

COOKING STEPS


STEP 1:

MIX THE HERO PROTEIN CHICKEN INTO WHISKED VEGAN LIQUID EGG. ADD SWEET POTATO STARCH AND SET THE MIXTURE STILL FOR 5 MINUTES.

STEP 2:

STIR-FRY THE PAPRIKA AND SET IT ASIDE.

STEP 3:

DEEP-FRY THE HERO PROTEIN CHICKEN (FROM STEP 1) UNTIL CRISPY. DRAIN THE OIL AND SET IT ASIDE.

STEP 4:

MIX AND COOK THE TOMATO SAUCE, WHITE VINEGAR, POTATO STARCH AND WATER.

STEP 5:

ADD THE PAPRIKA AND CHICKEN. STIR-FRY UNTIL THE HERO PROTEIN CHICKEN IS FULLY COATED BY THE SAUCE.
