INGREDIENTS

300g HERO Chicken
20g Minced garlic
10g Sweet rice wine (Jiuniang)
50g Soybean crumbs
5g chilli powder
30g bread crumbs
Potato Starch
Salt, White Pepper to taste

COOKING STEPS


STEP 1:

DIP HERO PROTEIN CHICKEN INTO SWEET RICE WINE. COAT IT WITH POTATO STARCH, AND DEEP-FRY UNTIL GOLDEN YELLOW. DRAIN AND SET ASIDE.

STEP 2:

HEAT OIL IN A PAN OVER MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT. STIR-FRY GARLIC AND CHILLI POWDER. ADD SOYBEAN CRUMBS AND BREAD CRUMBS.

STEP 3:

ADD HERO PROTEIN CHICKEN (FROM STEP 1) AND STIR-FRY.

STEP 4:

SEASON AND SPRINKLE GREEN ONIONS ON TOP.
