210G HEROTEIN CHICKEN PATTY
20G MINCED GARLIC
10G SWEET RICE WINE (JIUNIANG)
50G SOY CRUMBS
5G CHILLI POWDER
30G BREAD CRUMBS
SALT, WHITE PEPPER TO TASTE

COOKING STEPS


STEP 1:

DEEP-FRY THE HEROTEIN CHICKEN PATTY UNTIL GOLDEN YELLOW. DRAIN AND SLICE INTO STRIPS. SET ASIDE.

STEP 2:

HEAT OIL IN A PAN OVER MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT. STIR-FRY GARLIC AND CHILLI POWDER. ADD SOY CRUMBS AND BREAD CRUMBS.

STEP 3:

ADD THE HEROTEIN CHICKEN PATTY (FROM STEP 1) AND STIR-FRY.

STEP 4:

SEASON AND SPRINKLE GREEN ONIONS ON TOP.
