210G HEROTEIN CHICKEN PATTY
10G MINCED GARLIC
10G SUGAR
30G CHILLI BEAN SAUCE (DOUBANJIANG)
15G GREEN ONION
5G GREEN PEPPER
5G MINCED GINGER
DRIED CHILLI
POTATO STARCH
SALT
SESAME OIL
VEGETABLE COOKING OIL

COOKING STEPS


STEP 1:

DEEP-FRY THE HEROTEIN CHICKEN PATTY UNTIL HALF-COOKED. SET IT ASIDE.

STEP 2:

HEAT OIL IN A PAN OVER MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT PAN. STIR-FRY GARLIC, GINGER AND GREEN ONION. ADD CHILLI AND CHILLI BEAN SAUCE, CONTINUE TO STIR-FRY.

STEP 3:

ADD THE HEROTEIN CHICKEN PATTY (FROM STEP 1) AND SUGAR. STIR-FRY.

STEP 4:

SIZZLE WITH SESAME OIL AND SERVE.
