420G HEROTEIN BEEF BALLS
120G CARROT
200G ONION
150G POTATO
100G PUMPKIN
200G VEGETABLE STOCK
100G CURRY CUBES
SALT

COOKING STEPS


STEP 1:

ADD HEROTEIN BEEF BALLS INTO HEATED PAN. PAN-FRY UNTIL COOKED, SET ASIDE.

STEP 2:

STIR-FRY ONION UNTIL TRANSPARENT. ADD CARROT AND STIR-FRY.

STEP 3:

ADD VEGETABLE STOCK AND WATER, COVERING ALL INGREDIENTS. COOK UNDER LOW HEAT UNTIL CARROTS ARE FULLY COOKED.

STEP 4:

ADD HEROTEIN BEEF BALLS (FROM STEP 1), POTATOES AND PUMPKIN. STIR-FRY.

STEP 5:

ADD CURRY CUBES.

STEP 6:

COOK UNTIL BOILED, SEASON TO SERVE.
