100G HEROTEIN BEEF MINCE
300G TOFU
30G CHILLI BEAN SAUCE (DOUBANJIANG)
15G THICK SOY SAUCE (SOY PASTE)
2G BAY LEAF
MINCED GARLIC
MINCED GINGER
GREEN ONION (CHOPPED)
SWEET RICE WINE
SESAME OIL
POTATO STARCH
SUGAR
WATER

COOKING STEPS

STEP 1:

STIR-FRY HEROTEIN BEEF MINCE. ADD GARLIC, GINGER, AND SWEET RICE WINE.


STEP 2:

ADD CHILLI BEAN SAUCE AND STIR-FRY.


STEP 3:

ADD SEASONING AND WATER COVERING ALL INGREDIENTS.


STEP 4:

ADD POTATO STARCH. COOK UNTIL IT BECOMES A THICK GRAVY.


STEP 5:

SERVE IN A PAN. SPRINKLE WITH GREEN ONIONS ON TOP AND SIZZLE WITH SESAME OIL.
