COOKING STEPS
STEP 1:
PAN-FRY HEROTEIN BEEF BALLS UNTIL HALF-COOKED. SET ASIDE.
STEP 2:
STIR-FRY ONION UNTIL TRANSPARENT. ADD TURNIP, STAR ANISE, BAY LEAF AND WATER. COOK UNTIL THE BROTH IS THICKENED AND TURNIP IS FULLY COOKED.
STEP 3:
ADD HEROTEIN BEEF BALLS (FROM STEP 1) INTO THE POT AND COOK UNTIL BOILED. SEASON TO SERVE.
